Important Information

We are very fortunate to have worked with Shop-Rite over the past few years, more specifically their Resident Dietitian, Carly Sopko. Many of you had the opportunity to meet Ms. Sopko at our Back-to-School Nights. Carly has also come to our school and provided important nutrition information to our students. We have attached some important information about some great opportunities the local Shop-Rite in Washington is offering:

October calendar of events which includes kids cooking classes, product samplings, FREE weight loss store tours and presentations in the community.

 

On Monday evenings at 6pm I will be hosting weight loss store tours during which I will lead a group around the store and show you where to find healthy products and foods to support your weight management goals. All tours will also include tasting SAMPLES! See below for dates and topics and feel free to forward the information to anyone who may be interested.

If you are a member of a local club, group or organization such as scouts, Moms club, church groups, etc. I am able to come to your local meetings to give a presentation on a nutrition topic of your choice and there is no charge for this service. Let me know if you'd like to set something up for the fall or winter or if I can be of service to your organization in any other way.
