Physical Education and Family Life department:
We are very
excited to let everyone know that beginning on February 19, 2013 we will once
again have Sensei Paul Kilduff joining us to give our students an introduction
to Karate. Sensei Paul has visited us in the past and is always a highlight in
our Physical Education classes.
Our 5th
grade classes are being instructed by Officer Josh Masenior from the WTPD in a
new curriculum Too Good for Drugs! The
new curriculum has been approved by the Oxford Township Board of Education. The
curriculum gives some background knowledge on drugs, alcohol, and tobacco. New decision
making models are also taught to the students.
The NASP
State shoot will take place on March 13, 2013. The shoot will be held in the
OCS gymnasium beginning at 3:10 pm. Everyone is welcome to attend and cheer on
the team as they try to defend their NJ State Title. Admission is free!
