Golden Rule Karate is coming to our school to provide some basic Karate skills for our students. We are very excited to share our physical education classes with them. Please make sure that students come to physical education class with comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Students will be given time before and after class to change clothing if they desire to change. This is the first time we have had our classes participate in Karate and hope that the discipline and structure they learn will carry over into the academic classes.
Friday (tomorrow) will be the end of the two week karate session. Although the snow days first appeared to lay waste to my lesson plan with a little imagination and modification we will be able to accomplish everything planned.
